I have the Cardinal and it is probably one of the best floor plans for a house I have ever been in! Master on main. Upstairs there is 4 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, bonus room and a study. If you are looking into Chisel Mill homes I would check out this floor plan. John Knight has been very responsive over the years about any questions I have that come up.
